Fall Nuptial Flights
It’s been a while since we wrote a news post! We’re hard at work obtaining new permits specifically for Honey Pot ants coming soon to our stores. We are still actively posting available stock at our shop page although very limited at the moment. As always, keep looking forward to the upcoming Fall Nuptial flights including today’s spotlight ant Lasius Neoniger, also known as the Labor Day ant. They call them the Labor Day ant because they typically fly around Labor Day. Carpenter, Formica, and Crematogaster are also on the flight list(among others) right now until early October. If you want to capture your own colony, there is no better time than now! In case you’re unable to do so, we will have more colonies from the flights available soon.
In other news, we have removed our Discord server and links to it due to low activity. It was meant to be a place to get product updates and connect with other discord users who also love the ant keeping hobby. However we are happy to share another large server where you can connect with thousands of other ant keepers and hobbyist. Linked below!
